I’m a Learning and Development professional who designs and leads impactful learning programs that strengthen learner engagement and performance. I specialize in optimizing training strategies by identifying learner needs, developing targeted curricula, and implementing them to deliver measurable outcomes.

In my current role as a Learning Experience Manager, I lead curriculum design and implementation, manage training needs analysis, and build targeted learning solutions to address skill gaps. I develop and deliver training programs using tools and platforms like GSuite, Articulate 360, and Google Gemini AI, while ensuring learning experiences stay aligned with business goals.

I also bring a strong coaching and leadership approach, conducting coaching sessions that support employee development and career growth. I monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluations, then partner with stakeholders to refine programs based on results.

Before that, I served as a Learning Experience Leader (Trainer), where I facilitated onboarding and upskilling classes, designed training curricula and materials, and supported day-to-day administrative needs for the training team. Earlier, I worked as a Teammate reviewing user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines—experience that sharpened my attention to policy, procedures, and escalation of risks when needed.
