As a seasoned Learning and Development expert with nearly twenty years of experience, I have honed my skills in training facilitation, instructional design, knowledge management, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) within a corporate setting. My expertise lies in developing learning strategies that align with business and client goals, designing and creating training programs using different modalities and state-of-the-art learning technologies.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led training projects, facilitated Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) discussions, and ensured successful execution. I am well-versed in managing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tracking completion of mandatory courses, e-learning training programs, and client-required training rollouts.

I am passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement, identifying knowledge gaps, and developing training programs that meet client expectations. My strong leadership skills have enabled me to supervise training teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide supervisors, trainers, and quality associates to support their professional development and career advancement.
