I am an organized and proactive learning and development professional with strong experience tracking lead progress from inquiry through onboarding, maintaining accurate CRM updates, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support smooth transitions.

I design and deliver engaging training across multiple programs, create learning materials using the ADDIE model, measure impact with Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels, and mentor SME trainers using the GROW coaching model to improve facilitation and performance.

I collaborate with clients to co-develop upskilling materials, apply Merrill’s First Principles and RELATE practices to embed sustainable change, and leverage e-learning tools (H5P, Adapt Learning, ActivePresenter, iSpring, Genially) to produce interactive, SCORM-compliant learning experiences.
