What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and deliver learner-centered training and curriculum, collaborate with academic or operational teams, and improve performance through interactive instruction, coaching, and continuous skill development.

I'm developing curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments at Improve Me Institute in Dubai, collaborating with teachers and academic teams to strengthen teaching strategies and student outcomes.

Previously at Lizardbear Tasking Inc, I developed and facilitated customer service training on communication, professionalism, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction. I created interactive materials, evaluated learner performance, and coached teams to build confidence and service standards.

My foundation includes teaching English and reading across elementary and senior high school settings, supported by a Magna Cum Laude degree in Secondary Education majoring in English. I bring instructional design, curriculum development, and enterprise tools including Salesforce, Genesys, and LMS platforms to performance-driven learning experiences.
