I’m looking for a role where I can leverage data and coaching to drive continuous improvement—building capabilities through structured reviews, partnering with stakeholders, and leading fast-paced L&D programs that value learning, feedback, and momentum

I’m a results-driven Learning and Development Professional with over eight years of experience across L&D operations—LMS administration, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and training delivery. I currently lead HARI’s talent management strategy execution through capability review, designing the overall framework and partnering with senior leadership to roll out roles and functions review with a structured data-gathering approach.

Previously, I established the Manila-based L&OD team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment and led the transition of L&OD product processes from the UK to Manila. As Learning Technology super-user, I helped embed learning platforms into stakeholders’ L&D strategies, drove adoption, and built reporting to track engagement and improvement opportunities—while also managing program transfer initiatives, evaluation strategies, knowledge libraries, and budget/vendor contracting to keep delivery moving.
