I am a Strategic Designer and Operations Leader driven by the belief that any complex organizational challenge can be solved through a systems-thinking paradigm. My career has evolved from optimizing industrial processes to leading multi-disciplinary teams of over 60 people, always with a focus on improving customer and user experiences (CX/UX).
