What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive end-to-end transformation—using Lean, BPM and analytics—to improve performance and people outcomes, partner with executives, and coach managers through change.

I lead organizational transformation by integrating three capabilities that rarely coexist in one profile: process redesign and continuous improvement, business analytics and management control, and leadership development through executive coaching. With an MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt credentials, I bring a data-driven, human-centered approach to lasting change.

Over 10+ years, I’ve guided end-to-end change initiatives—digitalization, automation, process standardization, and management-control strengthening—resulting in revenue growth of over 30% while sustaining profit margins. I’m currently an Organizational Transformation Consultant & Executive Coach (ICF), designing optimized processes, running organizational diagnostics, and supporting managers and teams with coaching through transformation.
