I am an industrial engineer with an MBA and 19 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and curriculum operations. I began in 2007 as a quality coordinator at Faico, a manufacturing company. At Corasfaltos, I led my team through 4 internal and 6 external certification audits and obtained accreditation for 19 laboratory tests. From 2013 to 2016, I directed the Industrial Engineering program at Research and Development University, where I supervised 18 professors and supported more than 1,000 students.
At SENA, Colombia's national training service, I have held three roles. Today I supervise curriculum design procedures across 12 technical teams and analyze sector trends to decide which training programs to create or update.
I have added data skills to that base through a postgraduate degree in Visual Analytics & Big Data and coursework in Python, SQL, R, and Power BI. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Algorithmic Ethics. I am looking for remote roles where I can combine process discipline with analytical work.
