I've supported customers across Smart School, Park Mall Hotel, Laya Travel Agency, and local hospitality venues in Setif. I enjoy turning fast-paced, high-pressure situations into positive, memorable experiences.

My work spans front-desk reception, travel sales and customer advising, call center support, hospitality, and administrative tasks. I bring active listening, clear communication, and a professional, patient approach to solving problems quickly.

I've also taught English for three years in schools and private online courses for children and adults. I have taught Python and MATLAB to university students, tutored robotics, translated remotely, and organized events and online meetings.
