I'm looking to continue building efficient, people-centered talent acquisition and onboarding programs where I can improve candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and support workforce growth.

At Capstone Logistics, I manage full-desk recruitment for 1099 delivery, warehouse services, and warehouse management contractors across 17 U.S. sites supporting the Last Mile Division. I book more than 100 interviews weekly, average 20 new contractors monthly, and reduced time from interview to orientation from 15 to 11 days.

I've supported seasonal hiring for Intuit through HireEffect and managed recruiting operations and onboarding for Spirit AeroSystems through Korn Ferry, including more than 100 hires in the final 90 days of 2021. Earlier, at DAS Architecture, I supported HR, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and office operations for 72 employees across five branches while strengthening engagement and improving new-hire processing time.
