What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Agile teams, own technical direction, and deliver measurable improvements—scalable Java systems, strong API integration, and performance gains—while collaborating in distributed, high-trust environments with clear business alignment.

I’m a software engineer with 25+ years of experience spanning back-end and front-end delivery, combining hands-on technical leadership with end-to-end project management. I’m specialized in Java and focused on building maintainable, scalable systems that align engineering outcomes with business goals.

Over the last years, I’ve led distributed Agile teams (2–8 and up to 20 people), driving architecture updates, API integrations, and measurable performance improvements. I focus on execution quality through code reviews, mentoring, and clear coordination of deliverables with SLAs and KPIs.

In my recent work, I integrated REST APIs for data visualization and optimization use cases, modernized internal web platforms, and reduced response times from minutes to seconds through database/query/code improvements. I also implemented automation to increase efficiency and satisfaction across large stakeholder groups.

I enjoy working in multi-country environments with English as the working language, coordinating teams across time zones and providing technical alignment from planning through deployment and incident follow-up.
