I’m a Java Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling backend systems and microservices. I’ve helped organizations migrate monolithic architectures to distributed services, optimizing database performance and improving deployment speed and fault isolation.

In my recent role, I architected and integrated an Auth0-based identity management system across 15+ international markets, supporting multiple OAuth 2.0 grant types and biometric authentication. I also upgraded services to Java 21 and the latest Spring Boot, resolving security vulnerabilities flagged by Veracode while maintaining code quality with SonarQube.

I regularly drive platform modernization through automation and observability: I enhanced GitLab CI/CD pipelines, increased unit/integration test coverage by 20%, and provided L3 production support by handling tickets across business units. I’ve also migrated Play Framework services to Spring Boot to improve API response times and horizontal scalability.

Beyond classic backend work, I’ve built LLM-enabled systems—tracking real-time spend and token consumption, routing requests to the most cost-effective model, and enabling visibility with activity dashboards. I’ve led teams too, including mentoring and onboarding engineers, migrating SQL Server to PostgreSQL, and moving on-premise infrastructure to GCP to reduce operational overhead.
