I’m a Senior Java Backend Engineer with 13+ years building enterprise Java systems for banking, insurance, health, and telecom clients. I specialize in microservices architectures, REST APIs, and cross-platform integrations, often in regulated environments where compliance matters.

In my recent role as a Senior Java Backend Engineer / Technical Lead at The Whiteam, I built and maintained backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot for clients operating across multiple countries, including MasMovil, Eulen, and Santander. I designed microservices and REST APIs, including integrations between legacy and modern systems.

I own delivery end to end—from requirements analysis and technical design through development, team coordination, testing, and deployment. I’ve implemented authentication, authorization, and role management with Spring Security for regulated banking and telecom settings, and I set up testing and code quality practices with JUnit 5, Mockito, and SonarQube, containerizing deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Earlier at NTT Data (2013–2022), I delivered enterprise applications across multiple sectors and covered the full lifecycle: analysis, development, maintenance, incident resolution, and direct stakeholder support. I also mentor junior developers and have worked effectively with distributed international teams, collaborating asynchronously across European and Latin American markets.
