I’m looking for a role where I can lead GTM and commercial growth end-to-end—linking strategy, analytics, pricing, and customer journey to measurable P&L results—working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver fast, high-impact wins.

I’m a Go to Market, Growth and Strategy Manager with extensive B2B2C Commercial Management experience, specializing in Prospecting (hunter), Retention (farmer), Customer Journey design, and P&L Management. I’ve defined and implemented GTM models for companies’ worth over USD $2 billion, reaching an average of 130% of sales budget, and scaled sales contribution from 5% to 25%.

In my current role, I define and implement B2B channel strategy and a GTM roadmap across NL and BE, lead loyalty programme strategy for high-value customers, and run shopper insights analytics to translate buying drivers into commercial actions. I also own pricing management, operational cadence improvements, customer journey optimization for retention, and cross-departmental alignment—while delivering executive leadership communication and trainings to drive commercial excellence.
