Trained teams on SAP Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud and developed content for digital channels including USSD, WhatsApp, and Web/App. Conducted in-store practical training for cashiers, controllers, and managers and supported go-live and post go-live activities.

Trained managers and employees on SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on leave, payslips, reports, and shifts. Delivered instructor-led sessions to support user adoption of core HR workflows.

Delivered SAP Retail training for super users and supported training readiness by managing training facilities and content availability. Conducted assessments and provided post go-live support to ensure smooth rollout outcomes.

Delivered SAP MM/SD training for Stock Control, Petty Cash, and Quotations. Updated training materials and maintained training trackers to support consistent delivery and monitoring.

Created process-aligned SAP EWM training content using business process documents (BPDs) and validated execution through floor walks. Identified gaps between documented processes and actual workflow and trained DC warehouse staff, including train-the-trainer enablement with Pick n Pay DC trainers.

Delivered Sigma system training for store owners, managers, and operators. Conducted training needs analysis (TNAs), assessments, and provided ongoing store support.

Delivered ISIS system training for petrol station franchisees and supported VAT reporting, inventory management, and HR administration. Provided second-line support via NCC and contributed to technical change enablement.
