What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead technical programs end-to-end, build scalable work systems, and partner across engineering, creative, and vendors using Agile frameworks to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a PMP-certified Technical Program Manager with 5+ years of experience launching products and driving projects across technical and creative teams. I lead both small and large groups as a Project Lead and Product Lead, using Agile and Waterfall to keep initiatives moving.

At Riot Games, I developed and maintained new work systems for engineering and creative teams, led a team of 12 through day-to-day operations, and balanced up to 80 concurrent projects. As program lead, I coordinated between creative, technical, and external vendor teams on initiatives that scaled up to $4 million, and I helped transition thousands of infrastructure contracts into ServiceNow.

Most recently as an Operational Consultant, I built and established work systems for existing organizational practices while serving as a client-facing representative for online and in-person events. I bring a consistent, systems-first approach—clear communication, strong coordination, and measurable delivery.
