At Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena, I lead People Operations and Analytics for a 1,600-employee workforce spanning corporate, basketball operations, and arena and event staff. I oversee workforce analytics, HR technology, compliance, onboarding, and employee-service strategy.

I serve as the functional lead for Workday and build executive dashboards for headcount, budget alignment, attrition, engagement, and service measures. I also redesigned onboarding for approximately 1,000 annual event-staff hires and operationalized Abacus AI for communications, process improvement, and workforce insight validation.
