I'm looking for a remote role in Operations, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Program Management, ideally in a regulated environment (healthcare, government, or federal contracting). I want a role where accuracy, audit readiness, and process reliability are core to the work, involving high-volume workflows, SOP development, and data validation to catch problems early.

I'm an Operations and Compliance professional with 20+ years of experience in government, federal contracting, and other regulated environments. I specialize in stabilizing high-volume operations: identifying systemic gaps, building structured SOPs, and ensuring data integrity under audit-level scrutiny.

Highlights from my career: processing 7,500+ Medicaid cases with 98%+ audit accuracy, rebuilding a $650K federal contract proposal to meet Air Force and OSHA compliance standards, and maintaining a zero-incident safety record as an on-site Safety Officer. Earlier in my career, I served as SME and lead trainer for complex state eligibility determinations (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid) at the State of Hawaii.
