What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-focused role where I can manage accounts, coordinate operations, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and help deliver timely, reliable service.

I've supported enterprise and legal clients at Windstream Enterprise and The Ward Law Group, managing 100+ accounts, billing audits, escalations, high-volume calls, case updates, and scheduling.

At Hellogravel, I source and fulfill nationwide gravel orders, build supplier relationships, coordinate logistics, and keep clients informed from quote through delivery.
