I am an energetic, ambitious all-round professional with a mature and responsible approach to every task I undertake. I work excellent in working with others to achieve objectives in time and with excellence, and I’m reliable and dependable while often seeking new responsibilities across different employment areas.

Since Nov 2019, I’ve been working at Sidian Bank Limited as a Service Delivery Officer. I contribute to the efficient operation of the branch through accurate and timely processing of transactions and account maintenance, including customer instructions and account information requests, while ensuring cash transactions and customer queries or complaints are handled within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turn Around Time.

I also bring strong communications and content expertise from my roles in media and IT. At Group Africa Publishers, I wrote articles, solicited for content, completed online research, supported marketing, and conducted interviews; at Appleville Kenya Ltd, I handled Facebook Page Administration, website content writing, and online customer care.

Alongside my corporate experience, I’ve built my craft as a freelance Content Writer—writing and editing articles, proofreading, and researching. Earlier, I worked as a Teacher, where I created schemes of work and lesson plans, supported day-to-day teaching, and filed performance reports, reinforcing my discipline, organization, and commitment to quality service.
