I’m a communication professional with experience in customer engagement, sales, content creation, and public communications. I focus on building relationships, adapting my communication style to diverse audiences, and creating engaging written content.

As a Communications Officer Intern at County Government of Baringo, I developed and published content that improved communication between the county and the public through digital and social media. I created written and visual content to strengthen public engagement, support brand visibility initiatives, and assist with public relations, news coverage, and communication campaigns under strict deadlines.

Before that, as a Salesperson at Safaricom, I engaged customers daily to identify needs, explain products, and provide solutions—using persuasive communication and active listening to support sales objectives and improve satisfaction.

I also bring training in cybersecurity awareness and strong skills in digital communication and problem-solving. I’m comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.
