I am a seasoned operations and project leader with deep experience across healthcare IT, clinical programs, and transportation operations. I combine hands-on technical knowledge with executive-level operational leadership to drive safety, compliance, and measurable performance improvements.

At Hart to Heart Transportation Services I led operations improvements that increased out-of-gate on‑time performance to 93% and grew tour coverage by 40% (from 40 to an average 56). I diagnosed performance-data issues for major contracts, implemented driver-safety monitoring with Samsara and pivot tables, and established safety controls and audit processes for fleet and tablet usage.
