What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where my communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills can be tested and developed—serving members and guests with clear information, calm support under pressure, and fast resolution of concerns.

I’m a customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, staying calm while communicating clearly and solving problems. I bring bilingual ability, strong listening skills, and a commitment to responding quickly in urgent situations.

In my current role, I handle high volume inbound call center support for Government Business Division programs including Medicare and Medicaid. I review explanation of benefits, help members with claims processes, and provide up to date information on benefits, authorizations, billing, and grievances—educating members on how health care reform impacts coverage while maintaining daily department statistics.

Before this, I built customer-facing experience at USC as a Gate Service Ambassador—being the first point of contact, directing guests, and selling parking passes and permits using available equipment. Earlier roles also strengthened my reliability and attention to detail through security and operations work, including monitoring entrances and exits, reporting and documenting security statuses, and supporting Secure Shredding routes by managing confidential containers and entering service orders.
