I’m seeking a 100% remote operations or client success role where I can own the client lifecycle, optimize workflows, maintain CRM accuracy, and improve turnaround time and retention through process automation.

I’m an Operations and client success professional with multi-industry experience across insurance operations, luxury automotive service, and multi-location retail leadership. I currently run remote operations for a multi-state U.S. P&C insurance agency, coordinating personal and commercial lines across FL, TX, TN, and VA.

I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) with working Portuguese, and I’m known for turning complex, high-volume workflows into clean, repeatable processes. From onboarding to retention, I own the client lifecycle—policy processing, certificates of insurance, comparative proposals, CRM records, and carrier coordination—driving measurable improvements in client retention, accuracy, and turnaround time.
