I’m looking for a Marketing Data Analyst role where I can turn consumer and sales data into clear insights, strengthen CRM-driven customer relationships, and support promotions and business growth—while continuing to learn and improve how results are delivered.

I’m an International Business professional who blends marketing insight with customer-focused execution. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, and I consistently aim to deliver results by creating value and supporting sustainable business growth.

In my current role as a Marketing Data Analyst at SUPERTIENDAS OLIMPICA, I support analysis of consumer trends, sales performance, and market opportunities. I assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns, manage sales and customer data for performance evaluation, and help prepare management reports by monitoring competitors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Previously, as a Customer Service Specialist, I delivered customer support through phone, email, and chat. I resolved inquiries, complaints, and service requests, maintained accurate customer records, processed transactions, and worked with internal teams to resolve issues quickly while improving the customer experience.

Earlier experience includes billing operations and sales promotion. I processed invoices, payments, and billing adjustments; managed customer accounts; handled billing discrepancies and payment-related inquiries; and supported reporting and documentation. I also promoted products and services, generated leads, identified sales opportunities, increased brand awareness, and gathered market insights to support ongoing campaigns.
