What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or client experience role where I can improve workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and deliver reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

I'm delivering high-touch hospitality for premium guests at Utah Jazz home games while bringing hands-on experience in client engagement, operations, and workflow coordination. Previously at MarketStar-SiriusXM, I managed CRM operations, led discovery meetings, and exceeded departmental performance targets by 19 points over six months.

I've also supported district leadership and confidential records operations at Davis School District, and led store operations, training, and DE&I initiatives at Dick's Sporting Goods. My background combines administrative support, compliance, database management, process improvement, and fast-paced customer service.
