I'm looking for a customer-focused operations or hospitality role where I can lead teams, improve service, support sales goals, and strengthen efficient day-to-day business operations.

I've led daily operations at Aloha Golf & Coffee Lounge and Mighty Mugs Coffee, improving customer service, team productivity, and profitability through hands-on management.

At Mighty Mugs Coffee, I administered finances, scheduled employees, managed quality control and customer relations, controlled food, beverage, and labor costs, and developed recipes and marketing plans to support sales. I stay calm and efficient during high-volume rushes and special events.

I've also supported guest services at Tennis Academy of Utah, managing reservations, inquiries, records, and nightly audit duties while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
