I joined the Vail Jazz Foundation as an Administrative Coordinator to help streamline Patron Manager (Salesforce) database administration, develop and implement new policies, and improve workflows and communication channels.
As a CSA, I handled all types of tickets in answering Airtable related questions, ranging from base design to formula creation, and escalated issues when needed. I learned to anticipate customer needs and problems before they surfaced, developed deep customer intuition to unblock and empower Airtable’s customers to achieve their goals, and advocated for the customer.
When I was promoted to Senior Technical Support Specialist I performed QA for our 10-person team, implemented a product program, and supported a Pain Point Project to collect feedback, collaborate with other teams, and inform the company product roadmap.
