What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to bring my operations triage, data integrity, compliance, and project coordination skills to a dynamic team environment.

At Fairchild Equipment, I triaged and dispatched field service calls across the Northern Midwest, routing technicians by urgency, operational impact, and SLA thresholds. I also coordinated parts procurement, from interpreting technician needs to generating purchase orders.

At HCI, I scheduled appointments for required annual OSHA testing and maintained records of field activities. I also trained field service teams in testing services, protocols, and customer support, and provided on-call troubleshooting for technicians.

During my professional development and personal leave, I completed a two-room home remodel while providing family care. I also earned the CompTIA Security+ certification in May 2026 and addressed electrical and structural safety hazards to bring utilities up to local municipal code.
