What I'm looking for
I’m a Generator Service Operations Supervisor focused on scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching jobs for technicians in the California region. I process and input quotes, timecards, billing, and reports, while ordering and receiving parts for services and repairs. I enter and renew agreements for both new and returning customers, using clear communication and strong problem resolution to keep work moving in fast-paced environments.
Previously, as a Warehouse Manager at Fineline, I managed all warehouse processes and operations and trained new employees. I prioritized responsibilities, multitasked across day-to-day needs, and oversaw logistics in and out of the warehouse while maintaining billing and invoicing.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Field Service Coordinator at Precision Aerial Services, organizing field service jobs and maintenance, preparing quotes, and facilitating repairs.
