What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote U.S.-based operations, dispatch, scheduling, or customer support role where I can coordinate distributed teams, manage work orders, resolve issues quickly, and improve service delivery.

I've coordinated field crews, schedules, and work orders across 18 active job sites and 32 personnel at VSI, serving as the communication point between technicians, site leads, clients, and management.

I assigned and tracked daily work orders, reallocated crews to address delays and emergency work, and supported onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll for field personnel. I also improved workflows to reduce scheduling conflicts and support on-time completion.
