I've managed daily housing operations for Brigham Young University–Idaho's Housing & Student Living Office, supporting a program serving 17,000 students. I coordinated resources, budgets, and preferences to deliver personalized housing solutions.

I built working relationships with 76 external property owners and managers while serving as the primary contact for housing and tenancy issues. I resolved student and manager disputes, advised stakeholders on contractual responsibilities, and applied consistent criteria on the housing exceptions committee.

I administered and updated CRM records used for operational decisions, with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency. I also designed and delivered training that strengthened team members' proficiency in departmental procedures.

Earlier, I led a regional team of six volunteers for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, conducting performance audits, mediating challenges, and building a 12-week training and mentorship program. My Biology degree with a Biotechnology emphasis brings a scientific, detail-driven foundation to operations and project support.
