What I'm looking for
I’m a Growth and Commercial Insights Manager with 8+ years of experience driving assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising decisions across national and regional retail accounts. I partner closely with Sales and Marketing to translate POS, panel, and loyalty data into strategies retailers adopt in market.
Most recently, I led category/insights work at Conair, influencing line reviews and shelf resets through space-to-sales, velocity, and competitive analyses. I also drove planogram optimization across multiple banners, aligning space allocation with category performance, retailer objectives, and brand strategy using JDA ProSpace.
I built standardized performance dashboards and reporting tools to improve insight accessibility and reduce ad hoc reporting demands. I’ve also served as the primary internal owner of Circana Unify, improving data usability, reporting consistency, and analytical adoption.
Earlier in my career, I acted as an embedded insights consultant at Circana (formerly IRI) for Henkel, leading end-to-end insights engagements and delivering executive-ready storytelling. I started in consumer and market insights, supporting sales teams and developing client-facing recommendations for major CPG brands.
