I'm looking to build clear, data-informed content and communications systems for complex, regulated, or public-facing work, partnering across teams to improve customer understanding, compliance, and execution.

At FanDuel, I led customer-facing support content across 10 products, maintaining 400+ FAQ pieces and coordinating messaging across operations, legal, promotions, communications, and subject-matter experts.

I built an automated content-governance review system, trained 20+ users to 96% adoption, raised satisfaction by 10% through Tableau and Amplitude analysis, and estimated $2M+ in annual support-contact savings through a generative AI bet-explanation project.

Before FanDuel, I shaped crisis and public communications for the City of Reno, infrastructure and resilience outreach at Zetlin Strategic Communications, and Emmy-winning investigative reporting for KOMO-TV, KCPQ-TV, and KLAS-TV.
