I've built communications and media functions that turn organizational priorities, data, and industry trends into stories for national audiences.
At Mind Share Partners, I served as the founding communications leader, owning earned media, content, executive communications, and the editorial calendar. I shaped the narrative for its Mental Health at Work research, including a Harvard Business Review byline that helped generate 100+ media mentions; 2021 report data was later cited in U.S. Surgeon General guidance on workplace mental health.
I also helped build Leaders Go First into an award-winning national campaign, partnered with MSP leaders on messaging and media training, and tripled inbound media inquiries. My work included client stories, Forbes and Thrive Global columns, fast-turn newsjacking, agency partnerships, and relationships with national, HR, and business media.
Earlier, at eLearning Mind, I drove $800K in new sales through B2B content strategy and secured coverage that influenced two $100K+ client deals. I've also led PR for First Friday Las Vegas, supported Downtown Project portfolio companies, and advised independent clients on media relations and content strategy.
