I’m looking for a client-growth leadership role where I can improve retention and onboarding, partner with stakeholders to solve issues early, and deliver measurable portfolio expansion through scalable processes and accountability.

I’m a relationship manager with 8+ years of measurable client retention, account growth, and stakeholder engagement across financial services and high-volume consumer environments. My through-line is simple: clients stay, accounts grow, and problems get resolved before they escalate.

As a Branch Manager, I developed district-wide growth strategies that expanded Wealth product adoption, drove $2.5M+ in client portfolio growth, and tied cross-branch performance to regional KPIs. I also built and deployed operational continuity frameworks to standardize escalation protocols and reduce service disruption risk.

I’ve consistently improved the client experience and team execution—redesigning onboarding and talent acquisition workflows to cut time-to-hire, lifting branch performance scorecards, and increasing referrals versus prior averages. In my earlier roles, I maintained full client retention and earned commendations from commercial stakeholders.
