I've supported customers as a Bali tour driver, introducing domestic and international guests to local destinations, customs, and culture while ensuring they were satisfied with the service.

In a call center role, I made calls, entered customer data, and ensured the information provided was accurate. I also helped manage a family building-supply store by planning sales bookkeeping, introducing and demonstrating new products, and improving the business layout.

During my CCTV company internship, I repaired computers, printers, and laptops and installed CCTV systems. I work neatly and systematically, communicate well, and can handle administration independently or as part of a team.

I've also worked as a cook, managing daily kitchen inventory, preparing meals for coworkers and guests, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and SOPs. I'm ready to learn new things that support company operations.
