I seek a role where I can provide patient-focused support, grow professionally, and take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative organization.

I am a dedicated customer service professional with experience across healthcare scheduling, insurance support, and high-volume client-facing roles. I consistently manage large call and message volumes while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

In my current role I coordinate scheduling across multiple offices and providers, use Athena Health EMR for accurate patient records, and advise patients on insurance and referral requirements. I bring proven ability to triage requests and relay important clinical information to providers.

Previously I worked in insurance and rideshare onboarding where I handled underwriting tasks, processed payments, de-escalated complaints, and reviewed compliance documents. I thrive in hybrid and remote environments, meeting daily throughput targets and using multiple software tools to deliver timely support.

I am a quick typist, fluent in English with moderate Spanish, and I am excited to grow with a company that values learning, advancement, and excellent customer care.
