I’m looking for a role where I can use empathy and strong communication to solve customer issues quickly, support smooth operations, and grow professionally—whether in customer support, service, or healthcare-adjacent work.

I’m a Customer Support professional currently working from home in Louisiana, where I develop and execute communication strategies and create content while handling real-time customer needs. I resolve complaints, process orders, manage accounts, and maintain high customer satisfaction—always with strong communication and empathy.

Previously, I served as a Customer Service/ Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens in Louisiana, assisting pharmacists with preparing and dispensing medications to support accurate, safe handling for patients. I’ve also built reliability through overnight audit and reception work as a Night Auditor in Arkansas, including daily reporting, transaction audits, verifications, and final statements for check-outs.
