What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can troubleshoot issues, support users via help desk and live chat, and keep documentation tight. I want a team that values clear communication, fast problem-solving, and growth through training.

I’m a Tech Support Agent focused on resolving customer issues quickly and accurately. In my current role, I support customers through help desk workflows, live chat, and software troubleshooting while keeping tasks prioritized and documented.

Before this, I built strong customer service and issue-resolution experience as a Customer Service Representative and CSR across high-volume environments. I’ve handled data entry, order entry, record keeping, documentation review, and customer inquiry handling, using clear written and verbal communication to drive outcomes.

I also bring HIPAA-informed pharmacy support experience as a Pharmacy Technician, along with cash-handling and retail operations experience from cashier and personal shopper roles. With my PTCB certification and pharmacy technician licensing, I combine technical support, customer care, and compliance-minded work into every interaction.
