I’m a results-driven operations, Brand Management/Dispute Resolution professional focused on turning complex information into clear action that improves efficiency, productivity, and brand performance.

As a Brand Analyst at THEPLUGBRANDNG, I conduct comprehensive market research, analyze consumer and competitor insights, and translate complex datasets into actionable findings for stakeholders. I also track brand performance metrics (sales, market share, and consumer feedback) and use digital marketing and social media analytics tools to monitor online brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
