Earlier, I worked as a Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Analyst at Sterling Bank, where I researched and analyzed transactions to detect fraud, errors, and anomalies, managed customer queries and complaints, and documented investigations in line with banking regulations and internal policies. Before that, I served as a Brand Operations & Customer Relations Officer at Okmijj Nigeria Enterprise, executing brand strategies and campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, developing brand communication plans, and overseeing social media and digital marketing efforts.
