What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing implementation, application configuration, or technical support role where I can translate requirements into accurate solutions, resolve complex issues, and work closely with global clients.

At UST Global Services, I migrate and configure healthcare and insurance benefit plans in HealthRules, translating client requirements into accurate system configurations.

I work directly with US clients to clarify requirements, investigate data discrepancies, manage escalations, and maintain at least 95% quality while meeting SLA expectations. I received the UST Star Performer Award for my performance and contribution.

Previously, I supported SaaS and IT clients through freelance sales and pre-sales work, and provided technical support and product demonstrations at Zoho and Sutherland for global customers.
