I am an IT professional with a strong background in programming and technical support. Over the years, I have honed my skills in configuring hardware, troubleshooting systems, and providing exceptional customer service. At Msambweni Beach Hotel, I was responsible for ensuring optimal performance of computer systems, where I configured hardware and drivers, built and tested Uninterruptible Power Sources, and prepared data spreadsheets and reports. My role involved direct interaction with customers, addressing their requests and ensuring their satisfaction with IT services.

In my most recent position as a Programmer, I installed and configured computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, while also monitoring and maintaining networks. I take pride in my ability to communicate technical information clearly and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to resolve issues promptly.
