I am a dedicated IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for individuals and small businesses. I focus on diagnosing hardware and software issues quickly to restore operations and minimize downtime.

Since 2021 I have freelanced as an IT technician, performing hardware repairs, software installation, system maintenance, and network setup while delivering end-user training to improve IT literacy. Previously, as an IT Support Intern at Micro Man, I assisted with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals and supported software installations and updates.

I bring a strong background in documentation, quality assurance, and reporting, and I contribute to process improvement by recording issues and solutions to strengthen the knowledge base. I am comfortable with system upgrades, installation, and routine network maintenance.

I hold a BSc in Information Technology from Bindura University of Science Education and am committed to continuous learning and practical problem solving to ensure smooth system operations for clients and teams.
