At SCA Health, I work across ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM, and Asset Configuration. I design catalog items for workflows such as cascading task creation and external-system integrations for asset reconciliation.
I led the creation of Asset and Configuration catalog items that let end users request equipment while updating the CMDB. I also led a Performance Analytics Task Force to provide CIO and senior leaders with a customer experience dashboard.
At Franciscan Alliance, I developed and modified catalog items and workflows for request fulfillment. Earlier, as Coordinator of IT Quality Metrics, I managed enterprise dashboards and reports and supported Performance Analytics through ServiceNow upgrades.
