I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and projects end to end—partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and delivering measurable results in a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment.

I bring project management and operations leadership, coordinating cross-functional initiatives across public and private organizations. I’m recognized for stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and executing initiatives that support organizational objectives and sustainable impact.

As Director of General Services for the Municipality of San Pedro Garza García, I led the strategic maintenance project of Puente de la Unidad—coordinating government agencies, contractors, media representatives, and community stakeholders—and served as liaison for the Centro Valle District initiative to facilitate stakeholder engagement and project execution. Earlier, at FM Global Mexico and in private property and event roles, I managed policy administration, documentation, budgeting, vendor and tenant operations, and end-to-end event planning, building a practical, continuous-improvement approach to leadership.
