At Houston Medical Imaging/Radnet, I coordinate between doctors and patients, schedule imaging procedures, and help patients send or upload orders. I also resolve scheduling conflicts by contacting doctors’ offices for updated orders and information.
At HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE COMMISSION, I interviewed applicants and recipients, evaluated information from electronic and other sources, and determined and authorized benefits under state and federal regulations.
Earlier, I worked in front desk and administrative roles at Carlos Regalado Clinic, supporting patient registration, appointment reminders, insurance verification, and medical records.
In Peru, I worked as an Interim Deputy Provincial Prosecutor and an External Advisor, preparing legal documents and advising clients. I’m bilingual in Spanish and English, and hold legal education including a Magister in Constitutional Law.
