I’m a detail-oriented, bilingual professional building my career in medical billing and coding. I’m currently pursuing a Medical Billing and Coding certification and bringing hands-on knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes to every task.

In my current Instructional Assistant role, I provide administrative and instructional support by managing student records, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with established policies. I communicate clearly with families, staff, and administration to coordinate support and keep information accurate.

Previously, I worked as a Paralegal, drafting legal documents, scheduling court appearances, and maintaining confidential case files with strong organization and time management. Before that, I developed customer service and accuracy in a fast-paced restaurant environment—skills I’m now applying to healthcare administration, patient record management, and billing/coding accuracy.
