I'm looking to lead enterprise customer outcomes through retention, expansion, value realization, executive engagement, and cross-functional technical strategy.

At Qualtrics, I lead a $5M+ enterprise portfolio, helping executive stakeholders drive platform adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion.

I turned around a critical at-risk account by increasing monthly platform interactions 900%, from 5K to 50K, and restoring its renewal path. I also rescued a stalled $300K–$600K expansion opportunity by rebuilding client alignment after account-team turnover.
