I’m looking for an administrative role where I can support senior leaders, manage calendars and meetings, coordinate client and internal workflows, and use my strong organization plus technical skills to help teams run efficiently and professionally.

I’m an Administrative/Executive Assistant with 15+ years of office administration experience, providing office support to senior executives and helping teams run smoothly. I bring exceptional organizational skills, a hands-on approach with technical tools, and strong attention to detail—backed by work supporting executive leadership, staff, and boards.

Across my roles, I’ve owned high-impact administrative work like client intakes and case file documentation, scheduling and calendar updates, and taking and preparing meeting minutes. I’ve also handled executive-level support including A/R and A/P, invoicing, banking issues (from deposits to wire transfers), meeting and travel coordination, and grant application follow-up—plus general administrative duties such as correspondence, reporting, scans, emails, phones, and office operations.
